Currently, we provide both in-person and online therapy services. Our online therapy is accessible across Australia. In-person sessions are available at our Camden location. Outdoor Therapy is provided at Camden
3. What qualifications do your Psychologists have?
Our team of psychologists are registered under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have obtained their qualifications from accredited institutions. Additionally, our team is registered with the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPI), ensuring adherence to high professional and ethical standards.
4. What mental health conditions do you specialise in?

You can book an appointment by visiting our website or contacting us directly via email or phone. If you're unsure about which service suits your needs, our team can guide you through the options during an initial consultation.
6. Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, all therapy sessions are strictly confidential, following Australian privacy laws and ethical guidelines. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities.
7. Do I need a referral to access your services?
You do not need a referral to book a session with us. However, if you wish to access Medicare rebates, a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP are required.
8. What are your fees, and can I claim rebates?
Our fees vary depending on the type of service you choose. Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a Mental Health Care Plan and we will process them for you. Some private health insurance providers may also cover psychology services.
9. Do you offer support for children and adolescents?
Yes, we provide therapy for children and adolescents, helping them manage anxiety, self-esteem, school-related stress, and other challenges. We also offer parental support resources to help families work together toward mental well-being.
10. What happens in the first session?
